UX Audit & Redesign

Find where people give up, and redesign that, rather than redesigning everything.

This is for you if People arrive, start, and do not finish — and you have the analytics to prove it.

Most redesigns move the problem rather than removing it, because they start from taste. This starts from the funnel: where people stop, what they were trying to do, and which of the twenty things wrong with that screen is the one actually stopping them. Then we redesign that screen and leave the rest alone.

Scope, in both directions

The second list is the one that prevents the argument. If something you need is on it, say so on the call and we will price it in rather than discover it later.

Included

  • Funnel and drop-off analysis from your own data
  • Heuristic review of the two or three screens that carry the loss
  • Accessibility pass on the same screens, WCAG 2.2 AA
  • Redesign of what the analysis pointed at, not of everything
  • A before-and-after measurement plan

Not included

  • Moderated user testing with recruited participants
  • A full site redesign

Or take it as a package

The same work, bundled with everything around it, at a number fixed before we start.

Design

Landing Page

One page has to carry a launch, and it has to convert.

More Design work

  • Landing Page Design

One page that has to carry a launch, argued from the offer rather than from a template.

    from $1,200

  • Brand & Identity

A mark, a palette and a type scale that survive contact with a real product.

    from $3,500

  • Design System

One component library, in Figma and in code, that two teams can both build against.

    from $6,000

Bring the problem, not a brief

Thirty minutes with the engineer who would run the work. You leave with a scope and a number — and if we are the wrong team for it, you leave knowing that instead.
